LIFE’S BIG BUS?
I have a current issue that has caused me to evaluate friendships and classify them in order of worth.
To simplify this classification system I have used a situation where all the people in my life are on a very big bus and I'm driving a car that goes through an intersection, tee-bars the bus and I am stuck in the front seat. Petrol leaks under the car, lights up and I look like being barbecued. The "A" seats at the front are reserved for the few friends that would jump into the burning car and drag me out without question.
If your life has only one "A" you can consider yourself lucky.
There are plenty of people that put themselves forward for "A" class seats but rate a "B" or "C" when things get hot
The "B" seats includes most of the people in your life and include friends that would have
pulled you out BUT
The next bus was coming and I had an appointment
Not with this shirt
That handle was really, really hot
He probably would not have lived anyhow
There must be a tap and bucket around here somewhere
If I walk really, really slow someone will get there first
The "C" seats at the "BACK OF THE BUS" are for the people that hide behind the bus and throw sticks into the fire and these are called Freinds.
Freinds look like Friends.
Freinds sound like Friends
Freinds can usually be recognised by the fact they put their Ego before their Integrity.
If you get confused about if you should consider the people in your life a
FRIEND or a FREIND you can use Raggy's Rule:
I before E unless they are a "C"
Freind pronounced Freeee-nd
